Is There A Waiting List?
Our hydrotherapy service can schedule you within the same week you call in most circumstances. If you call early we may be able to set you an appointment within the same day.
In case our schedule is full, our personnel will schedule you in at the most convenient time for your availability.
How Long Does The First Appointment Last?
For hydrotherapy, the first appointment is 40 minutes. Subsequent sessions are in the 30-minute mark.
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
The number of sessions will vary. Severity of condition, physical well-being, and medical advice all affect the number. For a more definite answer, please ask your therapist on the initial consultation or consult with a medical professional who may make a recommendation.
Can I Schedule An Appointment On A Weekend?
Yes, you can. Our operating hours are 7am to 7pm on Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, we are open from 8am to 12pm. Please contact us if you wish to inquire about availability on Sundays and holidays.
How Do I Book?
You can choose to book online via this website, or you can call us to schedule a date and time that works for you.
How Do I Pay?
For private clients, you pay at the reception area. If you are coming in due to worker’s compensation or referral, we will invoice your insurance company directly. For DVA and EPC referrals, we process the payment online at no expense to you.
What Should I Wear?
If you are receiving hydrotherapy, we recommend bringing an extra set of clothing suitable for swimming. A changing area will be provided for you.
If I’m Injured, Should I Stop Exercising?
Depending on the severity of the injury, this may be advised. We recommend consulting with a medical professional to be sure.
What conditions can hydrotherapy treat?
Hydrotherapy is beneficial for any pain, injury or condition you may have in your body.
