How Long Does The First Appointment Last?

For hydrotherapy, the first appointment is 40 minutes. Subsequent sessions are in the 30-minute mark.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

The number of sessions will vary. Severity of condition, physical well-being, and medical advice all affect the number. For a more definite answer, please ask this with a therapist on the initial consultation or consult with a medical professional who may make a recommendation.

How Do I Book?

What Should I Wear?
