Is There A Waiting List?

We do not have a waiting list. Most clients can book within the same week they call. In some cases, we can book you on the same day if there are any last-minute cancellations.

How Long Does The First Appointment Last?

Massage appointments are booked in increments of 30 minutes, with an additional 30 for the initial appointment. The massage sessions can be 30 minutes, 50 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

The number will vary. Some people prefer to book week per week, while others choose to book several weeks in advance. If you are getting massage as part of a training regimen or physical therapy, please consult with a therapist or medical professional for a number.

Can I Schedule An Appointment On A Weekend?

Weekend appointments are possible. Our doors are open from 7 am to 7 pm on weekdays, 8 am to 12 pm on weekends.

How Do I Book?

You can call or book an appointment or package online.

How Do I Pay?

Payments are processed at the reception area. If this is a referral or worker’s compensation, we will invoice the insurance company or process the payment online.

What Should I Wear?

Loose-fitting attire is recommended. Please note that you may be required to remove your clothing, depending on the area targeted by the therapy.

What Conditions Can You Treat?

Massage therapy can address a number of concerns. Primarily, it is used for relaxation, but also for relieving muscle tension. It is also used to help loosen musculature, relieve stress, and as part of a program for post-injury or post-surgical care.

If I’m Injured, Should I Stop Exercising?

The injury may require that you stop an existing exercise plan or refrain from strenuous physical activity. Please consult a medical professional to be certain.

I have sciatica ” can a massage help this?

Sciatica is generally caused by a disc injury to the lower back. Our physiotherapists are very experienced in this pathology and it is best to see them first. Once the condition has resolved then massage therapy can begin.

What conditions can massage treat?

A massage is suitable to treat a range of conditions. The most commonly treated conditions include those involving acute pain, muscle and joint stiffness, tightness and tension.
