Hydrotherapy in a heated pool (34C) is an excellent way to relieve stress on the body and help to stretch and strengthen the muscles, in a low impact environment. Perfect for pregnant mums!!

Due to recent demand Dr7 Hydrotherapy is now taking enrollment’s for next years antenatal hydrotherapy classes.

The classes will start in early February  2016 and be run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings by our womens health physiotherapist Katie Starke.

Katie has many years  experience in the women’s health field and is passionate about helping you understand your body and reach your goals.

*Classes will run for 45min to 1 hr, cost $30 per class ($250 for a block of 10). Rebate-able by your private health insurance.

*Obstetrician or supervising GP referral required
